Wes Miller has a Big-12 big man transfer visiting campus on Wednesday in Texas forward Dillon Mitchell.

Trilly Donovan first reported the visit as Cincinnati hones in on candidates for that final scholarship spot. The 6-8, 205-pound versatile sophomore posted 9.6 points and 7.5 rebounds per game last season on 58.5% shooting.

Mitchell is a switching frontcourt piece that can guard multiple positions and play with major energy on both ends of the floor. He doesn't offer an outside shot, but UC already has plenty of shooting on this roster and Mitchell can be a punishing force around the rim.

The former five-star player was ranked fourth by ESPN in the Class of 2022 and has two years of eligibility left. Check out his highlights here.

Donovan also reported contact with BYU transfer big man Atiki Ally Atiki.

The 6-10, 220-pound junior has one season of eligibility left after posting four points and 2.9 rebounds per game in 11 minutes per game last season. Check out his highlights here.

Cincinnati is clearly committing most of its focus on this final scholarship to big men.
