On Thursday, the official NFL Twitter/X.com account sent a tweet that celebrated the fact that eight offensive tackles were selected in the first round of the 2024 NFL Draft.
The video that accompanied the tweet showed a clip of each offensive tackle that was selected during the first round.
Except for one.
Somehow, the NFL forgot to include Alabama offensive tackle JC Latham, the No. 7 overall selection in the draft by the Tennessee Titans.
Offensive tackles were in high demand.

How does that even happen? I mean, they got the number of offensive tackles drafted correct. And then they included every single one in the video except for Latham.
If anything, though, the NFL is doing Latham and the Titans a favor.

The former Alabama standout said during his introductory press conference in Nashville that he loves to use various slights as motivation. This is another one he can file away to use as motivation when the 2024 season gets underway.
